The Midnight Parisian Martini

The espresso martini isn’t going anywhere, but that doesn’t mean we can’t give it a chic, Parisian twist. Enter the Midnight Parisian Martini—a sultry blend of cognac, freshly brewed espresso, dark chocolate liqueur, and a touch of orange bitters. It’s rich, aromatic, and effortlessly elegant. 

This cocktail is smooth with just the right balance of bitterness and sweetness, making it the perfect late-night indulgence. Whether you’re toasting to a special moment or simply elevating your evening, this is the drink to impress. Santé! 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 oz Cognac 

  • . oz Chocolate liqueur 

  • . oz Freshly brewed espresso (cooled) 

  • 2 dashes Orange bitters 

  • Ice 

  • Orange twist for garnish 

 

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. 

  2. Add the cognac, chocolate liqueur, espresso, and orange bitters. 

  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled. 

  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. 

  5. Garnish with an orange twist
